This Privacy Policy describes how we handle the personal information you provide to us when you use the Shipfinder platform related application services, and we also describe the information security measures we have in place and how you can contact us regarding the implementation of the Privacy Policy. You are under no obligation to provide us with any personal information, but if you do not provide the requested information, the services you require may not work properly. If you provide us with personal information about other third parties, please ensure that you have obtained full authorization from the third party.

Our products, websites and services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years of age and have full civil capacity. We do not actively collect personal information directly from minors. If it is proven that a minor has registered to use our products or services without the consent of a guardian, we will attempt to delete the personal information as soon as possible. Extended Business Functions refer to functions other than the basic business functions provided by us.
